The Department of Technical Affairs deal with non-academic matters related to the student. A scholarship student first makes contact with this department for the scholarship process to be initiated.
- The department creates a record for the student, both physically and electronically. The department determines when the student starts to earn their financial stipends from the scholarship program.
- Throughout the progress of the Scholarship student’s studies, the department will authorize the change of university for a student. In addition, the department issues airline tickets every nine months for the student to return back home for a holiday. Also tickets are issued for other occasions such as relocation from one Australian city to another, as well as tickets to attend conferences and forums.
- Once the student has completed their studies, the department takes a copy of their degree and authorises it. The department will then notify the scholarship provider – for example the Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Health, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Red Crescent Society and other organisations – that the student has fulfilled and completed their scholarship requirements.
NOTE: The Department Authenticate on the Qualification which it has been issued from Australia. Please check the Authentication procedures. |
